RETURNS & REFUND POLICY


Our Commitment At Klayr we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. Every unit is inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.


When We Accept Returns

We accept returns and exchanges in the following circumstances only:

1. Damaged or Faulty Items If your Klayr Luxe arrives damaged or faulty we will replace it with a brand new unit at no cost to you. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage or fault
  • A brief description of the issue

2. Incorrect Plug Type If you receive the wrong plug type for your region — for example an Australian plug when you ordered as a US customer — we will exchange it for the correct unit at no cost to you. This applies to Australian and US plug types only.


How To Lodge A Claim

Contact us at klayrsupport@icloud.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos and a description of the issue. Our team will respond within 24 hours Monday to Friday and arrange your replacement.


What We Do Not Accept

We do not offer returns or refunds for the following:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect use of the product
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Orders where the incorrect shipping address was provided
  • Items returned without prior approval from our team

Exchange Process Once your claim is approved we will dispatch your replacement unit within 1-2 business days. Return shipping of the faulty or incorrect item will be arranged and covered by Klayr where required.
