8. Voltage & Plug Compatibility Australian customers receive a 220-240V unit with an Australian plug. US customers receive a US-compatible unit with an American plug. For all other international orders customers are responsible for confirming voltage and plug compatibility before purchasing. Klayr accepts no liability for damage caused by incorrect voltage use.
9. Intellectual Property All content on this website including images, text, graphics, logos and product descriptions are the property of Klayr and may not be reproduced or used without our express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law Klayr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
11. Australian Consumer Law Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law regardless of our store policy.
