Processing Time All Klayr orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

United States Shipping

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the link provided.


Delays While we do our best to meet all delivery timeframes — delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, weather events or carrier delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us at klayrsupport@icloud.com


Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at klayrsupport@icloud.com and we will make it right.


Public Holidays Orders are not dispatched on Australian public holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak periods including Easter and Christmas.


Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
